Traditional tamarind pickle is Rayalaseema ethnic food. In Rayalaseema You can find it in every home. Rayalaseema people call it as "chintha thokku" or "Chinthokku". It is very yummy. To prepare tamarind picke They use Tamarind fruit (dora), Fenugreek, salt and some more ingredients.
